The Group Housing Project is being developed in various phases. Phase-1A of the Group Housing Project, named, Urban Homes comprises of various residential Units. The Phase-1A has been developed after the sanction of building plans by the Ghaziabad Development Authority.

Phase-1A of Urban Homes consists of Blocks-C & F as per Registration done with Uttar Pradesh RERA Authority and having 532 nos. ONE BEDROOM FLATS & 462 nos. TWO BEDROOM FLATS.

Company has been granted completion certificate in respect of Phase – 1A of the Group Housing Project and offered possession of flats. Now flats under Phase 1 A are READY-TO-MOVE-IN whereas other Phases of project are under construction.
